Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a bit longer — we'll notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Time

We ship worldwide. Because our products are sourced and fulfilled internationally, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery from the time your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vigilia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order, as we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vigilia is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for any customs delays that may occur. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
